TRIBAL BUDDHA DREAMING For more than 40,000 years before the 1788 invasion and decimation of aboriginal australia by the greco-roman-judaic-christian-euro-genetic white skinned so-called civilised people, the indigenous australian aboriginal people lived in tremendous holistic harmony with nature and with each other. For more than 40,000 years, all the methods of meditation as outlined by Shiva in the Vigyana Bhairava Tantra and in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras were natural and integral to the lives and culture of australian aboriginal people. This is still true today, despite more than 200 years of cultural devastation and near genocide that the aboriginal people of australia have suffered, and do suffer, at the hands of the greco-roman-judaic-christian-euro-genetic white skinned so-called civilised invaders. Behind. and within. the decimation and devastation that exists today amongst the aboriginal community of australia, the perennial ancient dreaming is living and thriving and growing. similarly for the tribal people of new zealand - the pacific ocean - hawaii - north america - south america - southern africa and so on This very dreamtime story - this very body the buddha - is under the continual loving guidance of many traditional aboriginal elders, who are individual and collective exponents of many of the methodologies and practices outlined by Osho, by Shiva and by Patanjali, not to mention many others. |

| 01 | radiant one - this experience may dawn between two breaths - after breath comes in [down] and just before turning up [out] - the beneficience | ||||||||
| 02 | as breath turns from down to up - and again as breath curves from up to down - through these turns realise | ||||||||
| 03 | or - whenever in-breath and out-breath fuse - at this instant touch the energy-less energy-filled centre | ||||||||
| 04 | or - when breath is all out [up] and stopped of itself - or all in [down] and stopped - in such universal pause - one's small self vanishes - this is difficult only for the impure | ||||||||
| 05 | attention between eyebrows - let mind be before thought - let form fill with breath essence to the top of the head and there shower as light | ||||||||
| 06 | when in worldly activity - keep attentive between the two breaths and so practicing - in a few days be born anew | ||||||||
| 07 | with intangible breath in the centre of the forehead - as this reaches the heart at the moment of sleep - have direction over dreams and over death itself | ||||||||
